Carol and Mike Matthews have worked for many years at Malaspina University–College (now Vancouver Island University), she as a Dean of Instruction and he as a College Professor of English. Currently they work together teaching, consulting, facilitating, presenting and writing. Their writing appears in a number of educational and literary publications, magazines and newspapers.
